Who we are
Coastal Hiring Partners is a staffing service based in Coral Gables, working with employers across Florida. We were built around a simple observation: most local businesses do not need a bigger applicant pool. They need someone to do the work of turning that pool into two or three people genuinely worth interviewing.
That is our job. Our recruiters run the intake call, write and place the advertising, work our network, screen every applicant against your real requirements, and handle the scheduling that normally lands on an already-stretched manager.
We work with companies that have one opening and companies that have fifty. The process scales. The attention does not change.

Every engagement starts with a conversation rather than a contract. We would rather understand the role properly on day one than send you resumes on day two that miss the point.

If a pay band will not attract the candidate you described, we say so during the intake call — not three weeks into the search.

Where we work
Based in Coral Gables, hiring across Florida
Our office is in Coral Gables, FL, and our service area covers the state. We support businesses in South Florida, Central Florida and along the Gulf Coast — on site where that is useful, and remotely where that is simply faster.
